Welcome to Art from the Start
I am Whitney Brown and I have LOVED painting since I was in grade school. I took art classes all 4 years of high school. I then attended the University of Toledo and graduated with a B.A in k-12 Art Education. I have been teaching high school art for the past 5 years. In addition I teach a variety of art classes at FAVA (Firelands Association for the Visual Arts ) in Oberlin.
Being from Oberlin I have been surrounded by the arts my entire life. I cannot help but spread my love for painting and art with the rest of you. My mission for hosting at home paint parties is to bring the joy of painting to your family and friends. I will provide you with the guidance and confidence to create something you are proud of and had fun making.
